I'm not sure who will be our contact on the day but we have our final meeting with them 30th May so I'll know after that.    • Do you have a runsheet for the day? (ie. What time will guests be arriving?) This is almost finished, I'll send you a final copy following our meeting with Refinery at the end of this month. 
   • Do you have wet weather plans if needed? Usual Refinery plans - ceremony undercover and reception is indoors anyway
   • Is there power available where we're setting up to perform? (we have a battery pa option if needed) Yes
   • Can you confirm the number of guests for your wedding? We have 67 including us
   • Note: In case your venue asks regarding the vendor meals, we have no dietary requirements. Thank you - all noted.

   In terms of the live set - everything you have listed looks great. I'm a lover of emo millenial stuff but i'm also a swifty and also love older songs. So I think everything on your list looks perfect. 

   I hope this isn't too annoying, but I have some songs I really don't want played on the day. I've attached the No Go list. I know its a bit much so I hope this is ok and I'm not being too difficult. 

   In terms of requests, I've also attached this (mostly from my dad). Otherwise I really do like your playlist so just do you thing :) 

   For reference - most of the guests are all Welsh and English so they will be up there dancing for sure. 

   Let me know if there any issues with this, I don't want to be a pain.

   Also, just as an update - I'm thinking I would like my aisle song to be Bruce Springsteen Secret Garden. Is that something you might be able to do an arrangement for? I've found one acoustic version online and really liked it and I think it matches your style. Let me know your thoughts. 

   I was also wondering if I'm able to share a list of songs we wanted to try and have included in the DJ set? I'm still creating it, when would you need it by? I have some songs I was hoping to put on a do not play list as well, is that ok?

   Just emailing we’ve been in contact with the wedding coordinator / venue coordinator around times etc. She recommended if it was possible to extend the band until 10:30pm ? The busses will arrive at 10:45/10:50 and she said that 15-20 mins is more than enough to rally people to go and to use as much boogie time as we can! Completely understand that there’ll be an extra charge for more time and more than happy to cover that. I also wanted to check regarding meals for yourself and Tayla - any dietary requirements or is there anything specific you will both need to eat/drink?

   Sound Monitoring:
   A calibrated sound level reader will be installed at each event, which you will be required to log in to. Please see the on the day Fins coordinator for log in instructions.
   Sound levels will be monitored from 3 metres in front of the main PA speakers.
   The sound level reader will provide an instant notification to your device when noise levels go over 85 dB(A) for more than 5min. 
   After 3 warnings (via sound level reader), the venue reserves the right to shut down the music. 
   Couples are informed of this new rule and aware that violation and potential music shut down is the responsibility of the entertainer. 
   We reserve the right to adjust or lower volume levels to comply with venue regulations and ensure guest and neighbour comfort.

   As the date gets closer, here's some of the questions I like to check off:

   • Can you confirm once you've paid the final invoice - see attached

   • Do you have a runsheet for the day? (ie. What time will guests be arriving?)  Supplier access to the venue from 11am, guest arrival 3pm, ceremony 3:15pm, event close 10pm.
   • Do you have wet weather plans if needed? Yes, under cover area for ceremony and cocktail hour/canapes if required. Reception is indoors.
   • Is there power available where we're setting up to perform? (we have a battery pa option if needed)  I don't believe so. Bundaleer has said that suppliers will need to provide any sound equipment, microphones, speakers, lighting, extension leads and other equipment required for their services. I believe you guys have played there a bit, but let me know if you need me to get some more details.
   • Can you confirm the number of guests for your wedding?  Around 85 guests including 10 children.
   • Note: In case your venue asks regarding the vendor meals, we have no dietary requirements.  Thank you!

   You don't have to have answers for all the above, it's just worthwhile checking with you so we are on the same page and so you don't need to worry.
